I use a USB device to pick up a weak signal from a wireless router.
Looking on youtube the two best ideas to improve the signal strengh are using a tin can by cutting a hole in it. And using a metal food strainer and cutting a hole in the end.
I made one using tin foil and a sheet of stainless steel metal to reflect the signal to the wireless router, my signal strengh went from 1mbps to a solid 11mbps.
If someone made a decent satalite dish amplifier would people buy it? because it does work.
I have a Dell Latitude D820 a pretty decent laptop. It has wifi. I live in a house and my neighbors house is about 80ft away. I am able to snag their unsecured wifi signal, and my internet connection does work, but the signal is weak. How can I make the reception a little stronger. I’ve seen some videos on youtube on how to make an antenna out of a screen food strainer. Will something like this boost my reception enough to get a better signal? If your have any suggestions, please let me know.
has anyone ever opted for something bigger than the standard strainer your doctor has given you? When I had my attack, I had 2 stones & passed one there at the hospital. the strainer that they gave me wasnt that wide & when I aimed my Johnson at strainer & pissed it out, I almost missed the strainer. When I was ready to pass the 2nd stone a day later,I made my own strainer. I bought a good sized wire mesh food strainer & lined it with coffee filters. I found it easier to pass the stone into a larger strainer & not worrying about missing and landing in the toilet, since the 2nd stone did "pop" out because I had to put force on to get it out.
Hello, I have a 6 quart Presto Pressure Cooker, and want to use it to steam some food, can someone suggest a strainer or basket or tray that will fit into the pressure cooker and sit above the water line? Also, if you can provide a link to buy one online, that’d be awesome, thanks!

So i took all my leftover Halloween pumpkins and decided to prepare them like apple sauce(used one of those apple sauce makers.) But now i’m told that i can’t can it, so i need to use it very soon. I’d like to make some cookies or something with it, but anything would do… Any ideas? Also, and this is the important part, how do i drain the mush so i have the pumpkin and not the water?
Making Pomegranate Juice really isn’t that difficult and it can be really easy to create if you have the right tools. I recommend using a food strainer to make your juice. Yes it could be easier using a actual juicer but it is also a lot more expensive in the event you do not own a Juicer. When you use a strainer you can make sure to get all the seeds out and have this delicious healthy juice all to yourself. When you use a strainer as well you will realize that there really is a ton of liquid inside those pomegranates!
