In this video I make green juice (Kale-Spinach) with an average blender and a paint strainer in place of a nut milk bag. It’s a lot cheaper then a nut milk bag and a 0 + blender. Though I will buy one day buy one. But I may never have to, which would save me a lot of money. The bottom line is every video watch has an expensive blender so I wanted to show people just use the blender they have at the moment and get a paint strainer. Hmmm Spinach and Kale juice, delicious.

Question about possible glass in food?

I was cooking a stew and went to add some wine. When I opened the bottle, the neck of the bottle came off. It was a fairly clean break. I thought it would be ok to just strain the wine as I poured it through a tea strainer, but now I’m having second thoughts. If any glass got through it would be miniscule – what would you do? Pitch the dinner and get pizza or assume it would be fine.

My husband and I were just at a Joe’s Crab Shack and he ordered the chicken and shrimp Chipotle barbecue dinner. He really liked the sauce, but the waitress informed us that they do not sell it to the public. Does anyone who has or does work there know who makes this sauce? I already tried the Internet for an answer…no luck. Thanks in advance for any help with this.

We have always had problems getting all the food particles out of the mesh. We used it to clean mushrooms and there are still particles in the mesh/wire. Is there a better way of cleaning them other than soap and water?
