Having digestion issues and I fear the worse?

I have been a little tired lately and I have been monitoring my vital signs and stuff. I also notice that my food is not fully digested. I took a mesh strainer from the kitchen and sifted through it and I can see whole pieces of food, like whole beans, corn kernels, and peanuts. They are the same as they were when I swallowed them. I could dry off the peanuts and put them in the bowl and you would never know they passed through my digestive tract. Is this normal or does it mean by body doesn’t digest food?

            Colander-Bowl Set.mov

For all of us who care about the environment and would like to lead a more eco-friendly life, this kitchen device is one small way to make a big difference in the amount of water we use to wash produce. The colander/bowl set is not only a water-saving utensil, but a multi-purpose kitchen device as well. Use the colander and the bowl independently; the colander strains pasta or rice, while the bowl is handy for mixing, prepped ingredients and even serving. Used together for washing and cleaning produce, the set makes conserving water quick, easy and efficient.

What rice strainer would you recommend?

So, I searched around the internet and local stores and whatnot, but it seems that from reviews I’ve read on the ones I’ve found, strainers/colanders can have issues with food getting stuck or being hard to clean. So, I am looking for the best possible rice strainer.

Do you use one to wash rice? How do you like it? What kind do you have? Where can I buy one?

                    Thank you for any assistance!
